FAQs
What ages do you allow in Child Watch?
We accept children ages 6 weeks - 12 years old.
Children are divided by age categories to ensure the safety & well-being of all in the area.
Can my child bring snacks?
Yes! We encourage you to bring snacks for your child, as well as a water bottle that is labeled with their name. Please know that we are a Peanut-Free facility.
Can I leave the facility once my child is checked into Child Watch?
No, we ask that all Parents and/or Guardians remain inside the YMCA while their child is in our care. The exception to this is if your child is participating in either the 'Mid-Morning Out' or 'Parents Night Out' programs.

Learn more about those programs here.
Will you change my child's diaper?
No, we do NOT change diapers in our Child Watch areas. If your child is in need of a diaper change or assistance using the restroom, a member of our Child Watch staff will retrieve you from within the facility.
