GROUP FITNESS CLASSES

LET'S GET FIT TOGETHER

We offer a wide variety of group fitness classes that are free for all members. Whether you are a beginner or a pro, we guarantee you will find a class that will fit your needs. With over 150 classes offered each week, you'll find everything from low-impact and beginner classes, to cardio fitness, dance, Pilates, cycle, advanced cycle, Yoga, kickboxing and more.

YMCA group fitness classes are for YMCA Members within the age groups:

  • 12 – 14-year-old minors may attend non-equipment-based classes with an adult

  • 15-year-old minors and up may attend any Group Fitness class
